Mr. Smallwood's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois (Champaign Urbana) with over 20 years of engineering, project management, marketing & sales. Prior to founding FlowSense, Paul was employed by the world's leading companies including Siemens-Westinghouse, McQuay International, and Honeywell International.
In addition to the highly experienced management staff, we employed many more talents from culturally diverse backgrounds at our headquarters and field offices throughout the United States. Our employees include program management, project management, field supervision, building maintenance, custodial, grounds keeping, and HVAC services. In terms of industry background, FlowSense possesses over 234 years of accumulated experience covering practically every continent of the world.
