Maple Grove, MN. FlowSense Building Services was awarded a multi-year GSA Schedule contract for complete facilities maintenance and management contract from the General Services Administration (GSA). Facilities maintenance provided by FlowSense will include but not limited to janitorial, grounds keeping, snow removal, electrical and mechanical services along with ancillary repair and services under contract number GS-21F-077AA effective October 2011 through September 2017.

"It's a sustained approach in a long term commitment to our federal customers and our employees.”  GSA Schedule Contracts are indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), long-term contracts to assist federal agencies in purchasing products and services, and contain pre-negotiated prices, delivery terms, warranties, and other terms and conditions. This simplified procurement helps eliminate time-consuming responses to complex RFP’s and lengthy negotiations.
