Maple Grove, MN. FlowSense Building Services was awarded a contract from the General Services Administration (GSA) to install new hot water heating systems at a federal office building in Minneapolis. The project consists of approximately 3500 LF of hot water supply and return piping, pipe insulation, fan powered hot water unit heaters with associated electrical and controls, and heat detection systems. This system expands the existing life safety system of the building to provide additional protection to these floors.
